This notice describes the business-inquiry information planned for the Geno10X website and how that information will be handled when the inquiry service is enabled.
Information collected
The inquiry form collects the selected inquiry route, name, organization, business email address, region, message and consent. It does not request patient information, medical history, files, a phone number or an investment amount.
Purpose and mail delivery
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to a business communication. Resend acts as the mail-delivery processor, and configured recipients receive the message through the recipient mailbox.
Retention
Retention is governed by the recipient mailbox and the organization’s applicable business-record practices. Website code does not create a separate public archive of inquiry messages.
Measurement and sale
The website does not use a visitor counter and does not publish page-view totals. Geno10X does not sell inquiry data.
Research and patient data
The public website is not a patient portal and does not collect patient records. Visitors should not submit medical histories or other sensitive health information through a business inquiry.
